Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the equipment or product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased — no additional damage, excessive use, or alterations made. You do not need to bring it back to us. Simply reach out within 7 days and we will arrange a free pickup directly from your location.
All returns are subject to review and approval by our team. Certain fees or costs incurred during the purchase process may be non-refundable. Financing arrangements and trade-ins may affect the return process and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to Return Heavy Equipment

Provide your order details — order number, type of equipment, and reason for return.
We’ll assess eligibility for the return and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the equipment.
The equipment must be returned to the address we provide. In some cases, you may need to work with a specialized transport service.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any delivery fees or other costs incurred during the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date the item is picked up and received back by our team
